Indian Motorcycle Benelux revealed the winning ‘Project Scout Bobber’ contest build at the Bigtwin Bikeshow and Expo earlier this month. ‘Hasty Flaming Buffalo’, by Dutch designer Luuc Muis of LM Creations, is a beautifully elegant blend of modern technology and the classic lines of a 1910 Indian board-track racer.

Open to amateur and professional builders from across the region, the Indian Motorcycle Custom Contest: ‘Project Scout Bobber’ saw three finalists chosen by a professional jury put forward to a public Facebook vote. Luuc’s design proved so popular that he became the clear leader with over 54% of the votes and won the opportunity to create his unique vision.

NEW 2020 BUD EKINS BONNEVILLE T120 AND T100 SPECIAL EDITIONS

In 2020, Triumph will launch two very special editions of the iconic Bonneville T120 and T100 that celebrate the iconic name and legend of Bud Ekins.

A 1960s motorcycle icon, Bud was a professional Hollywood stuntman, top motocross and desert racer, and the rider who made arguably the most famous motorcycle film jump in history in the WWII film The Great Escape on behalf of his movie star friend and ISDT partner Steve McQueen. These two new beautiful special editions feature a one-off Californian inspired Bud Ekins paint scheme and a range of dedicated special details and touches.

New 2020 FTR Rally Combines Retro Styling with Modern Performance

Indian Motorcycle announced the introduction of the 2020 FTR Rally. The 2020 FTR Rally builds on the 2019 FTR design framework but adds authentic retro styling to the modern performance capabilities riders expect.

Sure to turn heads at every light and every intersection, the FTR Rally features Titanium Smoke paint with the Indian Motorcycle headdress logo, aluminium wire wheels with red pinstripe, brown aviator seat, a new rally windscreen and Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres.

New for 2020, Triumph’s top specification Street Triple RS gets a major step up in performance from a significant engine update developed by Triumph’s Moto2TM engine team. It features all new more aggressive styling, and has been designed to set the new category benchmark for capability and handling, making this the ultimate performance street bike.

Indian Motorcycle Rocks Glemseck 101

 Stuttgart, Germany (September 1, 2019) The 2019 edition of Glemseck 101 proved to be bigger and louder than ever, over the first weekend of September near Stuttgart, as Indian Motorcycle rocked the now internationally renowned event in front of a crowd of thousands. 

With the American brand’s ‘big truck’ a fitting backdrop, Indian fans were treated to action on and off the track, as the Indian team brought along a host of production and special models for fans to feast on, including the iconic FTR 750 racer. 

On the track, the team welcomed none other than 500GP legend Randy Mamola, making his German debut on Appaloosa, the Indian-Scout based racer, in the final Sultans of Sprint race event, while four editors from some of Germany’s most influential motorcycle titles battled it out on production FTR 1200s.
