Suzuki shows black Katana for first time at Milan International Motorcycle Show

The new Katana stole headlines last month when it was unveiled at the Intermot motorcycle show in Cologne, Germany, and now Suzuki has revealed a black version of the modern retro, which draws inspiration from the original icon launched nearly four decades ago. Shown for the first time today at the Milan show, Italy, the black Katana will join the classic silver in Suzuki

Norton roars to the crowd at National Motorcycle Museum Open Day

We were offered ear defenders before the growl of the machines were unleashed on an exciting crowd. The motorbikes sung to the tune of the maestro at the throttle, much to the appreciation of the hundreds of people in the room.

The latest Norton TT race machine and stunning new road going V4 were fired up live on stage at the National Motorcycle Museum Open Day on 27th October. Norton rider John McGuinness contained his excitement in his inimitable way, although he said with a wry smile how he’s looking forward to riding it. Norton CEO Stuart Garner & chief designer Simon Skinner were on hand to champion the bikes and enthuse the audience.

Nero - A trail blazer born from the ashes It was great to see the Nero brought back to life at the open day on the 27th October. The National Motorbike Museum hosted a brilliant event, with hundreds of visitors being enticed through the chilling conditions to enjoy some iconic machines.  The Nero was literally a phoenix from the ashes, the remains of a burned out Rapide being rescued by George for the princely sum of £5.
